How selling to us works in 1...2...3 steps

1) Register

Use the search bar on the home page or the category page to find the device that you want to sell.

Did you find your device? Then you can start the registration process. You do this in 3 steps. In the first step you answer a few questions about the device you are selling. In the second step, you get a quote and choose a deal. In the third step you enter your details to finalize the sale.

Tip: You can register multiple devices in one go and send them together in the same package.

2) Packaging and sending

Depending on the shipping method you have chosen, you will receive a confirmation email with the correct instructions. Pack the device(s) firmly and close the box properly. Shipping is always free.

Our shipping partners are PostNL, Homerr, DHL, DPD and UPS. In some areas, we can offer a free pick-up service in cooperation with DHL and UPS.

3) Receipt, control and payment

We will send an email as soon as we receive the package. From that moment on, we have 1 working day to assess the device(s). In the event that we assess a device differently, we will contact you to let you know within 1 working day.

Does our assessment of the device(s) equal your assessment when you registered them? Then we pay you immediately. Depending on the bank you use, the money will be in your account within 24 hours.
