Clear, honest and transparent about our assessment of products.
As new
Grade A+
- Indistinguishable from new
- Has no scratches or signs of use
- Battery capacity is 95% or higher
As good as new
Grade A
- Both the screen and the casing are at least 99% scratch-free
- Two small traces of use may be visible.
- The signs of use on the device are not perceptible at arm's length
- Battery capacity is 85% or higher
Lightly used
Grade B
- The screen may have minor scratches
- The screen is at least 90% scratch-free
- There may be light scratches on the casing
- The casing is at least 75% scratch-free
- Battery capacity is 60% or higher
Visibly used
Grade C
- There are deep scratches in the screen and/or in the casing
- The screen is less than 90% scratch-free
- The casing is less than 75% scratch-free
- Battery capacity is 60% or higher
- The device is engraved
Damaged / Minor defect
Grade D
- Contains cracks in the screen or casing
- or 1 function does not work
- or Battery capacity is lower than 60%
- or Screen is burned in
Broken / Multiple defects
Grade E
- Contains cracks in the screen or casing
- and/or Doesn't turn on or start up
- and/or 1 or multiple functions do not work
- and/or Battery capacity is lower than 60%
- and/or Baseband or Audio IC problems
