1) Register your product

1. Find the product you want to sell using the search bar or our homepage and select the correct model.
2. Calculate its value by completing a short questionnaire. You’ll know the price within two minutes!
3. If you accept our offer, just send the package to us.

Tip: You can register multiple devices at once. Have several old phones? Sell them all in one go—fewer trips to the post, more money, and better for the environment.

2) Pack and ship

After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions and your prepaid label. Shipping with us is always free.

Ensure your items are packaged safely so they arrive in good condition. Also remove any locks or passwords. Learn how to prepare your device for shipping here.

3) Receive, inspect and get paid

Once we receive your package, we send a confirmation email. We then have two working days to inspect your devices.

We compare the questionnaire with the device’s condition. If something doesn’t match, we’ll contact you within two days. If it’s in better condition, we’ll offer you a revised price.

If everything matches, we pay you immediately. Depending on your bank, the money arrives within 48 hours.
